When you make a booking with us the following terms and conditions will apply:
1. Age:
¡¡You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.
2. Payment:
¡¡All accommondation deposit is USD 400 plus USD 6 tax. All paymnet will be directly transfered via Paypal. For more information please click here.
3. Changes to Bookings:
¡¡If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact your service agent. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that: We permit cancellations but the deposit is not refunable at this condition.
¡¡If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.
We do not provide your credit card details to any accommodation provider and as such you will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges.
4. Requirements upon Check-in:
¡¡The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age.
In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, the accommodation provider will ask you to provide Passport at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this pass port may be retained by the accommodation provider to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.
5. Site Information:
¡¡We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, we are unable to guarantee the availability of the accommondation PLEASE CONTACT THE AGENT BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENT. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site.
6. Liability:
¡¡Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of our site.

8. Copyright:
¡¡Images and content on the bjhou.com site may not be copied, saved or used in any format other than as incidental to your permitted use of the site.
9. Statement£º
¡¡If the customer would like to extend rental contract, the service agent must be informed 36 hours in advance. After confirming with the agent, a contract can be extended with initial rent or a rent agreed by both parties. If the customer extend the contract with the landlord without our knowledge, the bound will not be returned, and we will be compensated with a payment of twice of the rent from the customer£®
