Step 2

You may also want to tell him/her your maximum offer for the apartment, your rental period and your request of the apartment . Your agent will match you an apartment, and send detailed information along with home pictures to you quickly. If you are not satisfied with the apartment, your agent will find you a new one from our database.

Step 3
　　 When you have agreed on the price and accommodation conditions, please ask your agent for the Accommodation No.. Then, you may want tovisit our website to reserve the apartment and pay the deposit via Paypal or credit card. You will need to pay USD 406 ($6 for tax )as deposit before you move in the apartment. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your living on condition that no furniture is broken.

　　When we have received your reservation form and deposit payment, your agent will contact you by email within 12 hours.

Step 4
　　 When you arrive at your apartment, you have to pay the full rent.
